Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Celestial Healing Studio, I understand that plans change. The following policy applies to appointments, digital offerings and physical products purchased through this website.

Appointments & Services

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible.

If Celestial Healing Studio needs to cancel your appointment, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Physical Products

Returns of eligible physical products may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.

To request a return, email celestialhealingstudio@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. I will provide the return address and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom, personalized and made-to-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, please email within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue.

Digital Products

Digital products and downloadable materials are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
